Blue Marlin Crushing It Off Port Allen
Launched out of Port Allen and trolled the deep water off Kauai's south shore. A 400-pound blue marlin annihilated the short corner lure and went airborne six times before settling into a rod-bending fight. Tagged and released after an hour — Port Allen is Kauai's gateway to world-class marlin fishing.

Yellowfin Tuna Bonanza Off the Na Pali Coast
Ran along the Na Pali Coast and found a massive school of yellowfin tuna crashing bait on the surface. Cast stickbaits into the melee and hooked six ahi from 30 to 70 pounds. The dramatic cliffs of Na Pali towering above while battling tuna — this is fishing at its most spectacular.

Mahi and Ono at the Current Break
Found a defined current break 10 miles off Port Allen with debris and floating weed. Mahi mahi were stacked under every piece of flotsam — boated eight dolphins to 22 pounds on small lures. Two ono also crashed the high-speed trolling set for a great mixed bag off Kauai.
