Eastern Shore Stripers at Their Best
Fished the Eastern Shore side of the Chesapeake Bay out of Tilghman Island and the Striped Bass were absolutely on fire. Trolled the shoals and channel edges around the Choptank River mouth and landed a dozen keepers. This is classic Bay fishing at its finest.

Tilghman Island is the real deal. A working waterman community with authentic Chesapeake Bay character. We fished with a local captain who knew every oyster bar and drop-off. Caught a beautiful stringer of Striped Bass and even pulled some Blue Crab pots. Unforgettable experience.

Bluefish Were Tearing It Up
Hit the open bay waters near Tilghman Island and ran into a massive school of Bluefish chasing bait on the surface. Cast metal jigs into the melee and hooked up on every throw. Also picked up some nice Stripers jigging the deeper structure below.

Fall Trophy Striper Season
Made the trip to Tilghman Island for the fall trophy Striped Bass season and it was worth every mile. Fished the deep channels off the Eastern Shore and caught several fish over 40 inches on live eels. The captains out of this island are true Chesapeake Bay legends.

Light Tackle Action Was Incredible
Fished light tackle around the points and bars near Tilghman Island and the Striped Bass were super aggressive on topwater. Caught fish on poppers and walk-the-dog baits in skinny water. Mixed in some Bluefish that absolutely destroyed our lures.

Best Crabbing and Fishing Combo
Spent a full day out of Tilghman Island crabbing and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay. Pulled pots full of fat Blue Crabs in the morning then trolled for Striped Bass in the afternoon. This is the quintessential Maryland Bay experience.
