Salmon Crushing It Off Cascade Head
Trolled herring along the Cascade Head shoreline in 25 fathoms and the Chinook were stacked like cordwood. Had boat limits of hatchery kings by 9 AM — every fish was clipped and bright chrome. The scenic backdrop of Cascade Head made an already great day even more memorable.

Rockfish Bonanza at the Reef
Anchored over a productive reef in 100 feet off Roads End and the black rockfish were competing for our baits on every drop. Full limits of rockfish in just over an hour with gorgeous 3 to 5 pound blacks dominating the catch. Lincoln City's nearshore reefs consistently produce quality fish.

Lingcod Picking on the Structure
Jigged the deeper rock piles in 140 feet for lingcod and had to work for our fish but ended with five quality keepers to 20 pounds. The bite was best on the tide change with chartreuse swimbaits getting the most attention. Mixed in a few nice blue rockfish to fill the box.
